There are no marks or gouging to the stanchion tube or the shock body. All the adjustments including the cs switch function smoothly with no binding. Everything is immaculate, with no damage. I purchased this shock aftermarket and I put the original shock back on the bike to sell it. I had this shock installed on a bike that has been sold.
